only walked 9 of 19 laps. a combination of my right side of my right calf cramping and the time. need to start work in 5 minutes give or take.
have a dental appointment this afternoon. leaving work an hour early to take care of that.
ok. better get changed and in “work” mode.

thirteen minutes thirty six seconds was my mile time today on the walking track. wedding is in less than two hundred and fifty days. :)

Tuesday workout
Walked a mile at lunch in 12 minutes 53 seconds. shaved 59 seconds off my time from yesterday. ;)

can’t stand it when he is short tempered with me. makes me short tempered with others. grr.. busy day at work. daughter has a bball game today. now at the house and attempting to fix supper. need to try to sew a bit before bed because it will help me relax and chill out. plus put a smile on my face.

happy but
i wonder and i doubt. right now and the last few days, i have been depressed over the fact that i may never get married again nor have more children. the latter due to my body giving out on me and the former due to lack of interest on the part of my bf.

other than coughing and feeling sore due to that. the past few days have gone well. working. making $ is always a good thing and add to that that the environment is a pleasant one in an office setting. yeah. i’m...

dora & diego are creating a generation comfortable with mixing the english and spanish languages.
